Overall the best! Cleanliness is the top priority here

The staff is friendly, the rooms are clean, the AC is cold, it is comfortable to stay here, the price is friendly, it is close to Pakuwon Mall, there are many food stalls selling food on the roadside, the parking is safe, comfortable, great.

This was the third time we stayed in Diva Residence. Went back again to this place because it's clean and comfortable enough.

This three-story hotel is quite suitable for backpackers or those just looking for a budget-friendly stay without compromising on cleanliness. The hotel is quite comfortable and very affordable, with several basic amenities.

get cheap price, very strategic location because it is behind a big mall, friendly staff and can refill snacks every day.. the room is clean and big, but there is 1 room I think it's a drying place but the room is closed and very hot like a sauna room, because there is an AC compressor, so the room is not too cold because of that room.. many places to eat around, it's just that the surrounding roads are quite congested.. if I go to Jogja, I'll stay here again..

Good service, friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms

Comfortable room atmosphere, clean bathroom, many culinary places in front of the hotel, close to Pakuwon just walk, friendly and very helpful staff, add 1 more family type room + extra bed, lost a gold bracelet, and reported it to the receptionist, when I wanted to check out, that night I contacted the manager, and cross checked... finally the lost gold bracelet was found again, thank you Mr. Hans and the staff who were very helpful...

Staff Mbak Rika is friendly, helpful, helped bring things to the room. The bedroom, bedsheets, bathroom are very clean, comfortable, there is a place to dry clothes, dry quickly, get free snacks. Many places to eat, near the mall, hospital. It's really worth it for that price.

The location is not too far from the city center, the hotel is clean, if you stay more than 1 night, the room will be cleaned again & towels and sheets will be changed, snacks will be provided and drinking bottles will be refilled, basically, the comfort and cleanliness are okay, only the wifi is not that fast.

It's really worth it with the cheap price but luxurious service and facilities, there are welcome drinks and snacks too 🥰
