Staying for 2 days at Diva Residence, I feel like I want to stay here forever 🥰, starting from the super duper clean room, the front outside area is also clean, every day snack refills and the room is cleaned. Then, the staff is also friendly. Overall, it's really great to sleep here. Thank you Diva Residence for providing comfort on my holiday, next time I have to sleep here.. a must! 😁🤗

The owner is super friendly, they helped us carry our luggage to the front of the room, the room is clean and tidy, the AC is cold, the bathroom is clean and spacious, if we go to Jogja we will stay here again, thank you, Diva Residence

The hotel is very comfortable, close to Pakuwon Mall, there are also many food stalls in the area so it's close if you're looking for food, all areas of the hotel are clean, the staff are friendly, you get free snacks, the price is also very affordable compared to other hotels, the point is it's really worth it to stay here🫶👍

Comfortable room atmosphere, clean bathroom, many culinary places in front of the hotel, close to Pakuwon just walk, friendly and very helpful staff, add 1 more family type room + extra bed, lost a gold bracelet, and reported it to the receptionist, when I wanted to check out, that night I contacted the manager, and cross checked... finally the lost gold bracelet was found again, thank you Mr. Hans and the staff who were very helpful...

It's fine for the price, but the window leaked yesterday during heavy rain. The Wi-Fi isn't great either. The TV provided is good, but the Wi-Fi doesn't connect to it. So I used my own MiFi to stream YouTube and Netflix. Please improve the Wi-Fi.

My first experience staying at Diva Residence was very impressive for 3 days, because of the service, the room was cleaned every day, access behind the mall & in front of it there is a coffee shop so it makes it easy for us to get hungry at night. Next time when I go to Jogja, I want to stay at Diva Residence again but with a room with a balcony...👍

Pengalaman menginap 3 malam yg menyenangkan. Kamar bersih dan nyaman bgt. Nanti kalo ke jogja lg bisa bakal menginap lagi disini. Kalo ada butuh laundry juga di penginapan ini ada jd aman kalo cuma bawa baju dikit bisa laundry aja.

Staying here is super worth it, it's clean, I even wanted to stay here for a month, when I was in the first room there were no minuses at all, when I extended my stay I was moved to a twin bed room, coincidentally there were mites so I couldn't sleep because I was itchy, even though it was clean but maybe it needs a vacuum to get rid of the mites

Room 303 was taking a night break at 22:34, suddenly the employee wanted to open the door because there was a complaint that another customer had left something behind, as a result I complained and the solution was to block the door from the inside with a chair.
