Very disappointing!!!! The room should have been checked thoroughly before being given to the customer!!! How could the customer be in the room without a towel or footcloth for the toilet. I called room service three times, but they just threw it away and didn't get any explanation, so I had to wait over an hour. Very slow and uncomfortable service!

The hotel is in the city center and is clean. The food is delicious and complete. Unfortunately, getting the 7th floor is quite uncomfortable because it is noisy downstairs there is a karaoke and bar so the music echoes up to the room. But when I called the receptionist, I was able to move the next day because I happened to be staying for 2 days and the staff were also very helpful. Except for one staff member who told me to go through the emergency stairs and said the elevator was out of service when I got lost in the front of the office even though I was just sitting there. I also didn't know that the 2nd floor was an office because there were many sofas in front of it that could be used to sit. Meanwhile, the elevator was not broken and anyone could pass through, including the janitor, and I had just passed there, but the staff said the elevator was out of service. Forcing myself to go through the emergency stairs was really strange and then asked if I was a guest there? Well, why am I hanging out at the hotel if I'm not staying there, it's like I have nothing to do. I wanted to talk a lot that night, but I didn't have the energy yesterday after diarrhea, I went out of the room to get some fresh air because the room was noisy, sounds echoed from downstairs and was told to use the emergency stairs. Very unpleasant. I checked in at 4:00 PM, but there were no towels or toilet paper, and they weren't available until 6:30 PM. The sheets were stained, as if they had been used. At 10:00 PM, I had to ask for all the pillowcases, sheets, and bed covers to be replaced. The hotel seems understaffed. At breakfast, there was only one receptionist, including the one serving, with an unfriendly face, perhaps too tired.

First time staying here. For a 4-star hotel, I booked a deluxe room, but it wasn't very big for two people, and it felt cramped. The room wasn't soundproof, so conversations and crying children in the next room were very audible. I liked the large windows, but the sink and bathroom had very slow water absorption, so when I showered, the water overflowed onto the dry area. Furthermore, many of the pool tiles were missing, causing my feet to cut and bleed while swimming. Accessibility is easy, as it's located in the city center.

The staff and service were excellent. The hotel's location is strategic. It's located on the main road, and access to Tunjungan Plaza is close and easy. The only downside is limited parking, but valet parking is available.

Honest review. The view is amazing if you get a room facing the BRI Tower. Unfortunately, the description says 22 square meters, but once you enter, it feels like 15 square meters. I've often stayed in hotels with similar rooms, but this one is really cramped. Many of the walls are also dirty and the wallpaper is peeling. Please be aware. And the breakfast is lacking, perhaps it could be improved. Otherwise, it's okay, and the view is excellent.

It was truly beyond my expectations, as my first hotel staycation was a surprise from the incredibly friendly staff. I've stayed at several hotels before, but this was my first time at this hotel, and I had such a memorable experience, right on my birthday. I also received a free voucher from Goldvitel.
