The swimming pool is the best. I'll definitely revisit it if I go to Surabaya.

Good location and good service

The rooms are clean, the food is quite good, and the pools are amazing, with two types: semi-indoor and outdoor. There's no chlorine smell, and it's very comfortable.

One of the perfect places to get a good view of the city, a bonus if the weather is clear, you will be able to view the sunset from certain rooms and from the swimming pool.

We stayed for 1 night, overall it was okay, only when checking in the receptionist was not very friendly (other staff were friendly). It seems like they need to rejuvenate the bath towels because they were a bit shabby. Alhamdulillah the room was according to the request, which was a railways view. Thank you

The staff is 1000 stars, the room + AC is also the best. Minus the breakfast variety, but okay 😍. In fact, the speed of all crew and staff deserves a thumbs up
