The corridor to the room smelled of cigarettes. The pictures looked reasonable for the price. Upon arrival, the interior was frankly basic, and there were no cooking utensils in the kitchen set, just displays.

We stayed for 8 nights, and from the first night there were already some issues with the air conditioning, bathroom, and windows. We asked for other room but didn't get it. The hotel staffs tried to fix the issues over the next days and we did get workarounds, but it would have been nicer to get instant solution by moving to another room (provided the issues are only in that room and not a general issue).

I was skeptical at first, but the room turned out to be clean and fragrant. However, the bathroom looked dated and was starting to get a lot of grime. And it turns out there's no kitchen set in the deluxe family room. But overall, it's worth the price! It's a great hotel for a family transit trip.
