This accommodation is highly recommended. The air is cool and pleasant on sunny days, and the view is fantastic. Don't hesitate to stay here. The staff is also friendly, and the breakfast is delicious. It's perfect for a getaway in the Puncak area.

The view is incredibly beautiful, the staff is incredibly friendly, and I was very satisfied with my stay at De Pointe Resort & Resto. There's a heated swimming pool, so you can soak in the warm water. The air is very cool, and the rooms without air conditioning are also very cold at night. It's great.

Overall good stay, please put more efforts on cleanliness and facilities maintenance since there are already old (moss, algae, stain in the ceramics on the pool & buildings) vs the promotional pictures

The hotel staff is friendly, the cleanliness is really good.. the view is great,,, not enough for just one night hehe still feel at home... suggest adding some children's games for the swimming pool...

The road access is incredibly reliable, especially with a manual transmission. But the views are simply breathtaking, the best. All the staff are friendly, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the restrooms are also spotless.

Friendly staff, comfortable atmosphere, and good facilities. Shuttle service hours should be extended to 10:00 PM to facilitate access to the restaurant from location 2. There was some disappointment due to discrepancies between the e-tickets issued and the ones purchased, and the complaints process was slow, although compensation was ultimately granted.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, but the resort management needs significant improvement. Upon arrival, we were simply directed to the parking area without any directions to the front desk, so we had to find the check-in location ourselves. The check-in process was also quite slow. The water heater in our room wasn't working, even though the resort is located in a cold area and a water heater is essential. We asked the staff for assistance, but the problem wasn't resolved until the next morning, when we were nearing check-out time. Furthermore, the pillows provided were too high, making them uncomfortable and causing a sore neck upon waking. This is a shame, as the location and ambiance of the resort are actually quite good. In my opinion, the current 9/10 rating doesn't reflect the actual situation, and hopefully, in the future, the quality of management, operational services, and room facility checks can be improved to provide a more comfortable guest experience.

The staff was very helpful and responsive, and the shuttle service arrived promptly without a long wait. The best part was the view, which, oh my God, was like heaven on earth.

The hot water didn't work. The sliding door was incredibly difficult to open. The sink was incredibly small. There was no hairdryer. There were so many rules, but considering the facilities, a 5-star hotel would have been better, with more complete and comfortable amenities.

The view is great, too bad the shuttle wasn't ready in the morning.

That was a best experience and I'll be glad to see it again
