Stunning beach and sunset views from the lovely rooftop pool, good sized room and friendly, highly attentive service. The breakfast is solid. The gym is a little cramped but otherwise this is a great place, I would definitely stay here again.

No coffee other than at the restaurant

Excelente hotel para días en la playa. Tranquilo, buena atención. Habitaciones confortables. Desayuno completo, con variedad de frutas, panes, jamones, quesos, huevos y demás productos dulces y salados. El personal muy atento y amable Volvería nuevamente.

The room is very basic with nothing extra. There is no seating available. If I want to read, I have to use the bed since there is only one chair, which isn't comfortable for long periods of reading or watching TV. Also, there is no coffee machine or facility to boil water, and the room service will charge your hot water. The hotel informed me that they do not provide this service. This is not comfortable and unusual for me compared to other hotels I have stayed in with the same rating.

Great property, great staff

At arrival we were given the smallest room in the property with the three luggage’s we had the room ended up with no room to move. Out bell boy was excelente and was able to force the check in counter to move us to a bigger room. But that bell boy was the only bright spot on our stay. We stay at the Windsor property regularly on our work trips to Rio. But this property was the first and last time. Stay across the street much better

Nice hotel withn the basics. 1 block away from the beach. Limit dinning / food / beverage options arpound the hotel.
