Room service needs to be improved. The staff are very slow and sometimes don't bring what's requested. Room amenities are still sometimes missing, like hand towels, soap, tissues, etc. They forget to refill them or something. Thanks.

Everything was nice and comfortable. The only thing lacking was room service. For example, I called to request a hand towel, but it wasn't brought.

Deluxe room, 3 days, 2 nights, with two breakfasts. The first breakfast was served directly at the restaurant. The second à la carte breakfast was delivered to the room, with the delivery time notified the night before. The food was delicious... The room was nice, with a prayer mat and a Quran inside.

We recommend staying here if you're in Kendari. The rates are affordable, with excellent room amenities and breakfast.
However, on Saturdays and Sundays, when there are events at the hotel, it can get quite noisy.
Overall, it's good.
