In my opinion, it is one of the underrated hotels. If you are looking for an aesthetic hotel, the interior design of this hotel might not be suitable, but if you are looking for affordable accommodation, delicious food, clean bathrooms, for a hotel in its class, yes. And the service is fast response, the service is really maximum because they can help reschedule if we are unable to check in on the date we have booked, even though it is still under construction, but in my opinion with breakfast for 2 people around 300 including tax to get clean and comfortable facilities, it is really worth it.

Suggestions for hotel management: Why are guests greeted by food, snack, and soft drink vendors when they arrive, while the reception is located in a glass room (is this a hotel or a bazaar at first glance?)? Change the room decor. Make it plain and unadorned. The concept clashes between floral, ethnic, and beachy ambiance. Replace the sheets and blankets with fragrant ones, not those that smell of cigarettes. Stock up on toiletries like soap and tissues. Clean up trash promptly and reprimand other hotel guests who make noise, and make the rooms soundproof to avoid disturbing other guests. Try to have breakfast delivered at the right time or provide a dining area.

The check-in process took a long time, the room wasn't ready even though I'd paid through the app and had to wait hours to get the key, which was quite a long time. I was looking for comfort, but instead I was made to wait for the room. Time kept going by without any certainty whether the room was ready or not. I was moved back and forth to a temporary room because the room I originally booked wasn't ready. The hotel area was not very orderly, with lots of noisy children screaming and riding the elevator up and down. The bedroom was still not very clean because the fabric was dusty and stained, as if the sheets hadn't been changed. The security service was quite good, but everything else was terrible.
