Room service needs to be improved. The staff are very slow and sometimes don't bring what's requested. Room amenities are still sometimes missing, like hand towels, soap, tissues, etc. They forget to refill them or something. Thanks.

Deluxe room, 3 days, 2 nights, with two breakfasts. The first breakfast was served directly at the restaurant. The second à la carte breakfast was delivered to the room, with the delivery time notified the night before. The food was delicious... The room was nice, with a prayer mat and a Quran inside.

It's always a favorite place to stay because the room is lively, so you don't have to worry about sleeping alone. Plus, the breakfast is very complete and delivered directly to your room. The only downside is that there were quite a lot of cobwebs in the ceiling of the room, and the sheets had blood stains. Otherwise, it's very good, including the very friendly and fast-responsive service.
