Staff OK Hotel OK View OK Location OK (convenient to move to all points) Bathroom OK (electric toilet and sink are clean, bathroom design is nice but there are many yellow stains causing a strong smell, after checking in and entering the bathroom when it is dry, there is no smell, after taking a shower, it starts to smell bad and urine + the walls and bathroom floor are yellow so the experience is not very good) Another minus point is that the soundproofing of the room is VERY POOR for a 4-star hotel, closed but you can hear the activities outside very clearly, the balcony of the rooms is extremely poor soundproofing so be careful when talking and doing activities on the balcony, avoid revealing personal information, Overall room OK, staff are friendly, cheerful, the dining room on the top floor has ok food. Eating next to the cool swimming pool. You guys checked the information a bit lacking when I booked a room with breakfast but you told me there was no breakfast, only checked again after reporting. And I contacted you to do laundry for me but you also forgot. So the staff just need to note it down before handing over the shift to another person, it will be more professional and avoid confusion, otherwise I still rate all the staff 10 points EXPERIENCE REVIEW 9/10 points

The staff is friendly and enthusiastic. The hotel service is also very good. The food is average (some dishes are not very tasty), but the quantity is quite large. The most impressive thing is the omelet and beef noodle soup. The hotel is quite small, but the room space is cozy and cute. Especially the bathroom is super clean and modern. The hotel's location is also convenient, so it is very suitable for tourists.

Hotel location, view, facilities, hygiene are very good, good. Satisfied with the price. However, the hotel has a swimming pool but it is small. Check-in/check-out time is not flexible. I don't know if there are guests who actually checked in my room or not? But before the check-out time, the staff called to remind me, I asked for a late check-out fee but they refused.
