I've been here 3 times, always get good service even though yesterday there was a drama where the request wasn't prepared 🫠, but in the end I got a free room upgrade, thank God.

The location is indeed congested, but the views from the room and building are well worth it, especially at night. The room is very clean, the building is also clean, the breakfast is delicious and there are many choices on the menu. I like the very fresh herbal drink menu and some of the sushi dishes. Keep up the good quality, especially for breakfast 🥰

We had an excellent experience short stay for anniversary, thank you for the excellent services from all the staffs.
Front Desk for the quick check in process, thank you for the late check out.
The restaurant's crew under Bapak Aden Pranajaya for their excellent services during breakfast.
The room service that sent an anniversary cake.
Thank you for the excellent services from all crews of RA Suites, will definitely come back in another occasion.

I stayed for almost 4 nights in this place, and I am always happy with their service. Staff were very attentive, great food. Great ambiance! Perfect for those who just want to get away but be in a very strategic place.

Their pillow and bed were super comfy, what a surprise for great location in south of Jakarta! Really recommend for traveler who wants comfy hotel and convenience nearby MRT fatmawati, enjoy!

Good value-for-money hotel located in a strategic location, with well-equipped gym facilities and a unique room layout. The breakfast menu offered decent variety, but the taste could be improved. 🙂

Went there for a small retreat/babymoon to refresh. Room-wise, they still have the best and comfiest one-bedroom suite! Recommended for family, a quick retreat in the city.
