Got huge balcony in my room! Huge gym, comfy room! Clean and comfy bathroom! Calming lobby! Friendly staffs, got 2 huge water bottles. Definitely will come back just for staycation and not a vacation

The room is nice, but bad hospitality of the staff. I understand it is hotel 's policy for forbid late check out for some type of room. However really appreciated if it could be informed by staff in a nice way 😟 and the pool is so dirty and the service is not so good by the staff.

This isn't my first time at ra suites. This is the 2nd time that they have let me down with their services and the lack of warmness of hospitality. The hotel ambience is great but unfortunately that 's all. Sad that it 's a 5 star hotel that don't have the warmness of hospitality by their staffs. No smile around, just going through the notion of working. I stayed at ra premier which was a 4 star and they provided even more warmness than ra suites! I am afraid that I won't be coming here again. I rather stayed at IBIS budget! Horrible staffs but a great hotel! The management should do something about their staffs! First tell tale sign already showed. Upon checking in. The excess cards don't even work and I have to go down to the lobby to sort this out! Don't you dare contact me and gave me a complimentary stay for hoping that I change my honest review! Totally regret it!

Plus.- staffnya ramah semua.- kamarnya luas.- terasnya luas.- bersih.- pastry cakenya enak.- highteanya super sekali, great view, great food and drinks (stafnya agak kaku nga luwes)- kolam renang dan cafe dikolam renang OK sekali (stafnya paling ramah disini). Minus.- sarapan menu main coursenya biasa banget trus kmrn makan lontong ada kerangnya, lontongnya keras banget trus kerangnya amis jd nga kemakan sama sekali. Saran untuk makanan indonesia tolong ditingkatkan kualitas dan rasanya. Untuk menu asia lainnya dan western rasanya sudah OK.- mesin cuci hanya untuk longstay, kalah saing dengan hotel service apartemen group lain.- tidak ada dispenser air, untuk unit dengan 3 kamar botolan saja menyulitkan walaupun bisa refill dan staff dengan cepat mengantarkan tp sangat tidak praktis
