Tienen que promover con la verdad El desayuno malo, no hsy servicio de comida ni cena lo cual es mentira. El personal atento y amable. Ninguna puerta en la habitacion cierra correctsmente. Ni la de acceso. Ni la del baño, ni la del closet. Realmente PUBLICIDAD ENGAÑOSA.

The room was sparkling clean. Very spacious, well decorated. The pool is a hidden gem in the area.

The staff were friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was excellent, I really liked their coffee. The room was very comfortable, clean and spacious. I highly recommend this hotel, we will be back soon!!!

I came in late and left early so i did not enjoy the pool ,but it looked great. Only a small area for sun tanning, if thats your thing. The area has limited parking, so you may have to walk farther during busier times. The path to the rooms is bumpy but not a problem. The rooms are dim lighted and wish i had a brighter light for some things. I would stay here again, as a bonus the offered a nice light breakfast to start the day, that hit the spot.

The wifi in our room was a bit spotty but we were able to use one from another room with no problems. The staff is amazing wifi is really not going to keep me from staying there again. Breakfast was good as well. Beds are comfy.

It was good, but there's room to improve

We recently stayed here and were very pleased with how clean our room was. The staff was truly friendly and accommodating, which made our stay very enjoyable. When I unfortunately caught a cold toward the end of our trip, the staff was kind enough to provide hot tea, which was much appreciated. However, there were a couple of areas for improvement. While we enjoyed the overall friendly atmosphere, I really wished our room had a mini-fridge to keep drinks cold and store snacks. The walkway to the room was difficult to navigate with luggage. Additionally, we booked a room with a pool, but we couldn't use it because it had a significant amount of debris and bugs. We ended up using the larger main pool instead. Despite these issues, the great service from the staff made our stay a pleasant one.

El personal excepcionalmente amable y cálido. Nos tocó la habitación 5, la cual en general está bien pero nos tocaron vecinos muy muy ruidosos y peleoneros, dos noches seguidas gritando con palabras altisonantes y desafortunadamente la habitación no tiene cancelación de ruido. El desayuno muy completo y delicioso. Gracias

A perfect place to stay in Merida! Comfortable, quiet, excellent breakfast, relaxing pool, very nice rooms, and great people. Close but not TOO close to activities.

Staff was very friendly, hotel was clean with cozy areas. The kitchen closed early and bar staff was not always there. Spa service was excellent.

Muy buen servicio

Room was clean and staff was amazing at daily cleaning. Loved the courtyard area. What would really improve the rating would be a mini fridge in the room. All the staff were great people and friendly. Pool area needs updated, comfortable furniture. It's a small pool but very nice on a hot day. Breakfast is great if you're only staying a couple days but after that we went elsewhere for breakfast. A couple different options would be great. (i.e. if you're having a 2 egg scramble or omelet why do you need to pay extra for 2 eggs fried and a piece of toast)?

A very pleasant stay. Staff were very welcoming and amenable. Room was clean and comfortable. Only complaint was the shower and trying to figure out how to get enough hot water to finish a shower.

Nice staff, nice inviting environment

From the time we got there to the time we left, we were very pleased with the Hotel Unknown. The reception we received was very nice...we arrived a day late and were welcomed as though we had been there before; such a good feeling. Our room was always cleaned very well, the bathroom was spotless! Thank you Andrea! We were treated very well by the people in the restaurant - Mario was so attentive = Muchas Gracias! We wished the restaurant was open for lunch too but, there are enough restaurants within reasonable walking distance. Every staff member was friendly, very helpful and seemed to genuinely love working there. Thank you for a great stay at your "Unknown Hotel "
