The whole code situation to open the front door and the room was accurately described, and worked the first time. Very clever the way they do that, with no need to reach anybody. There wereonly two things about this place that you may want to be aware of. First, Prince Arthur can be a very raucous party area at night, especially in the summer. Although the other patrons in the hotel were quiet, that does not include the noise from outside. Second, and this only applies to my stay on the third floor, there was a skylight directly above the bed with no to dim it. It would have been nice if there was some kind of blackout curtain, especially since this was summertime and got light very early. Aside from those two things, it was amazing stay and I would definitely do it again. Wish I could have stayed longer.

Clean room

The room was clean and spacious, amenities appreciated. Communication with the host was appropriate. Loved having a quality washer/dryer in the unit! The only complaint would be the very late night street noise. My room was facing a popular night club on Prince Arthur.

Fabulous location in the best neighbourhood with tons of great food, coffee, and shopping nearby. The building itself was very quiet and we slept so well. It’s also wonderful to have amenities like a full kitchen and a washer and dryer. The rooftop patio was a real bonus to bring my coffee in the morning or have a drink together in the evening. The owners are friendly and communicative and everything about the process was easy and smooth. I would definitely recommend and intend to book again on my next visit to Montreal!

Place was great, as was location. Only down side was the noise. Could hear music till 1 most nights from room by courtyard and then it sounded like someone was moving heavy furniture for 45-1 hour about 11 in evening. The other bedroom got a lot of the street noise some partying till late most nights

Exactly as advertised. It's a bit more than a hotel room but less than hotel suite. Easy in and out. Quick responses from the owner. If you're in town for longer than 2 days I would definitely recommend. 5/5 would stay here again.

The location was great and the check-in process was easy. Communication with the staff was smooth, and they arranged the AC repair we needed quickly and efficiently. The kitchen had all the essentials for cooking and eating in (salt, pepper, oil, pots and pans, etc.). I do have one constructive suggestion: it would be great to have lids for the pots, and a new frying pan would be really appreciated 😊. Also, having some basic kitchen cleaning supplies (dish towels, rags, and a counter/table cleaning product) would make it easier to keep the apartment clean during the stay. Overall, it was a very good stay. I would definitely recommend it!

Overall, the experience was perfect. A suggestion moving forward would be the kitchen having more supplies for cooking, pots and pans. Also for a family of four staying at the hotel, we ran out of linens pretty quickly.

We really enjoyed our stay. Apartment has large living area which makes the stay very comfortable. Easy walk to Metro and convenience store across the road.

Great, central location. Well-stocked kitchen and washer/dryer were very convenient. Units facing Avenue Prince-Arthur can be noisy at night since there are a lot of restaurants and bars, but that's true of everywhere in this neighborhood.

The suite was very clean which I appreciated and I liked the layout. The staff was responsive but there was some misunderstanding in the communication. There is a strong smell similar to cabbage? in the bathroom which seems to come and go. Maybe from the drains or vents...I am not sure but otherwise, it was fine.

The accommodation itself was excellent for our stay of 3 nights in a location with easy access to explore Montreal. Unfortunately it was incredibly noisy both Saturday and Sunday nights until the early hours, and although the apartment owners has gone to length to help with noise (noise machine provided), it unfortunately meant two very broken nights sleep. The apartment itself was clean and spacious and excellently equipped for a family of 4.

Even thought there’s no front desk, the owner is super helpful and nice, I got to have some issues and regardless of them the owner was super professional and sweet, very nice area downtown and a must stay in Montreal with spacey rooms :)!
