Love not having a check-in desk, providing door codes was perfect as we arrived quite late in the night.

The location is perfect!!! My stay was incredible because they were very accommodating, they had a list of restaurant recommendations and things to do. The space was also bigger than I expected! Definitely will be coming back and staying here again.

Very nice well maintained popperty. Confortable beds, modern kitchen, good sized rooms. Lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. Quiet which is unusual in Montreal. Kitchen could be a little better equipped for meal prep, is my only minor complaint. Liked it enough to extend our stay.

Loved the space and the location. Very decent equipment in the kitchen so i could prepare what i wanted. The 2 negative points are: - cheap construction and materials so things tend to fall apart ( toilet, kitchen faucet) - noisy both in the street and in the building (floor above)

I would definitely recommend this place. Very clean, cozy, close to everything, easy to reach management. Next time I'm in Montreal, this is the first place I'm going to check.

It's location is very nice but if you got baby and stroller it's a little bit frustrating as there is no elevator. Also during late night a lot of people and noise came from downstairs as there are bars and clubs downstairs.

Location, location, location! Visiting Montreal was great here. Right in the heart of the plateau, this place gives you so much. Dozens of places to eat (including the famous ones (Schwartz's Deli and Fairmount Bagels) just a few minutes walk or bus ride away. Even with a university bar across the way, it was quiet inside. The area around the place is truly its best quality. The most walkable neighbourhoods in the country, lots of public art, quick metro access, and so much local life going on. Also, cute little rooftop terrace to spend down time on. Some things to note: -don't bring a car if you don't need to, parking is probably terrible, use the metro and transit - Montrealers seem to enjoy cigarettes and pot, so keep the window closed in the afternoon and evening if you don't. -included sound machine helped if there was any noise, if anything it was too quiet for me some nights. - if taking public transit here, ride the orange line to station, instead of walking up St Laurent Blvd from the downtown area, it's a steep hill. - only stairs to get into the building, and quite a few of them. So keep in mind your physical ability. - there were a couple things about the apt that could have been improved (musty smelling washer, burnt out light in fridge, etc) but definitely nothing that would impede your stay. Otherwise I would recommend this place many times over. Worth the stay, and make sure to explore the area.

We are very satisfied with the aparthotel. it is spacious, clean , kitchen was stocked with necessities, lots of closer spaces, easy access to stores, dining options and public bus to: Old Montreal / downtown: - over-all the place was well-appointed. The property manager, Arsalan, was easily accessible and accommodating. The place is relatively centrally located , a 5 minute walk to Montreal's pride - Schwartz Deli. The Cafe Campus, a collegial multi-bar club with live music is a few steps away ... unfortunately due to its popularity, sounds of loud conversations from the crowd gathering outside carries to the living room.. still tolerable though. Due to the weather, we didn't get the chance to enjoy the 4th terrace which promises to be a great way to wind down and enjoy a nightcap with friends I definitely will book this aparthotel the next time I am back in town :/ and definitely recommend this place to anyone planning a visit to Montreal.

I can tell that the owners are putting in real effort to make this place great - it’s well-equipped, clean, and thoughtfully designed. However, there's a significant downside: the noise. The hotel is situated near a pedestrian area and a nightclub, where crowds gather late into the night, making it extremely noisy. People were drinking, shouting, and singing outside, which made it impossible for me to sleep. My smart watch showed only 45 minutes of sleep on my first night (!!!). As I was in Montreal for work, I couldn't afford to go sleepless, so I ended up booking another hotel for my second night. When I returned for the remaining nights, it was slightly better, but I was relieved to check out. There were two additional issues: 1. The AC unit leaked a substantial amount of water, and although the staff placed a towel to catch it, the amount of water made this solution inadequate. A basin would have been more appropriate. 2. While the curtains are marketed as blackout, they are much too narrow to cover the windows fully, allowing a lot of light to seep in around the edges. Overall, I would only recommend this hotel if you’re a heavy sleeper or not bothered by external noise.

Great location to get to the public transit trains! We were in town for osheaga festival and it was the perfect location to get around the city to explore and to get to/from the festival. The apartment itself was great for our group! Loved the shared rooftop space. The bedroom did not have an AC vent so you had to keep the door open to keep it cool most of the day - living room space stayed very cool though so the bed in the open living room space was very comfortable. Easy to find and access with the keyless door codes. Easy to communicate with the property team. Would stay again!

Many stairs to move in! Hear people walking sound in upper floor. And feel like earthquake when people using the washing machine. The carpet on the living room is so slippery, made me almost fall. The good thing is very spacious and clearness is ok.

Very well equipped, clean, centrally located apartment in an area rich in excellent food options. Probably noisy on weekend evenings when university starts, but it was fine during Montreal’s construction holiday. The center has more panhandlers than I remember from a decade ago, so rue St. Laurent has its share, but the area— and whole city—is very safe.

We really enjoyed the location and over all vibe of this apartment. Its on a street where no cars are allowed to drive and you can walk. There's plenty of shops and food and this great little cafe close by. The only issue we had was that we were sent the wrong building codes to enter the apartment so we had to call the owners. They sent a correction right away. I read this same issue on another review. I don't understand how/why this could be a repeat issue. They did text the correct info right away but it was stressful after a 7 hour drive. I would double check that you have the right entry code, floor and apartment # and code before you go. There is also no parking near by. We ended up having to park a mile away and walk back.. which wasn't awesome in the rain.
