The apartment was spacious, perfectly clean, and in a fantastic location. The street is car-free with restaurants, coffee shops, and other amenities right there. It's a short walk to parks, McGill, downtown, Quartier des spectacles, and other Montreal neighborhoods. The host provided clear information on local parking and was highly responsive on providing access codes and other details for my last-minute booking.

We stayed 4 nights at the ApartHotel and overall had a good stay. The place was clean, but just a heads-up: what you get may differ a bit from the photos. After speaking with the landlord, we understood that some items have been removed or changed because guests have damaged or taken things in the past. A small recommendation: bring your own facecloths, as they weren’t provided. Otherwise, everything was comfortable and pleasant.

The apartment was clean, well appointed and in a good location. The management was also very helpful and responsive.

We were very pleased with our stay at the ApartHotel Prince Arthur. The unit was clean and had everything we needed. Thank you for the complimentary coffee! We were pleasantly surprised by how great of a location it was in. Walkable to so many attractions and there is even a well stocked grocery store right out front. It is on a pedestrian only street in a secure building. Check in and check out instructions were very thorough. We would definitely stay here again!

Everything was clean and quiet.

Fantastic stay, excellent communication, huge, modern space and very comfortable bed. Will definitely stay here on my next Montreal trip. Awesome area for bars and restaurants too!!

Clean room, Kitchen and Laundry

2ieme visite dans un appartement différent et il était aussi bien que celui de la dernière fois. La chambre est bien insonorisée même si elle donne sur la rue. J’y reviendrai!

Excellent communication with staff , overall 5* for service

The unit itself was lovely. Unfortunately not a safe area to park - my car was stolen. Also for some reason the club goers from across the street gather in the alley right outside the living room windows at 3am to continue the party. They were extremely loud. The host was very responsive and kind. He recommended parking in a nearby lot. I should have listened to him. Car theft is a real problem in Montreal. BEWARE.

Great enjoyable stay and excellent service from Propriety manager Arsalan and team . Definitely coming back for next visit , Big washer and dryer in unit is a plus . Thank you

Good location & walkable to many places. Appreciated the comfortable beds & pillows after a long day of walking. While it was very noisy (Campus Bar across the street) we were still able to sleep well. Place comes equipped with noise machine:). Found the place clean but pretty dusty, had terrible allergies each morning unfortunately.

Definitely will be back. Easy to visit my son at McGill.
