The apartment was spacious, perfectly clean, and in a fantastic location. The street is car-free with restaurants, coffee shops, and other amenities right there. It's a short walk to parks, McGill, downtown, Quartier des spectacles, and other Montreal neighborhoods. The host provided clear information on local parking and was highly responsive on providing access codes and other details for my last-minute booking.

We stayed 4 nights at the ApartHotel and overall had a good stay. The place was clean, but just a heads-up: what you get may differ a bit from the photos. After speaking with the landlord, we understood that some items have been removed or changed because guests have damaged or taken things in the past. A small recommendation: bring your own facecloths, as they weren’t provided. Otherwise, everything was comfortable and pleasant.

We were very pleased with our stay at the ApartHotel Prince Arthur. The unit was clean and had everything we needed. Thank you for the complimentary coffee! We were pleasantly surprised by how great of a location it was in. Walkable to so many attractions and there is even a well stocked grocery store right out front. It is on a pedestrian only street in a secure building. Check in and check out instructions were very thorough. We would definitely stay here again!

The unit itself was lovely. Unfortunately not a safe area to park - my car was stolen. Also for some reason the club goers from across the street gather in the alley right outside the living room windows at 3am to continue the party. They were extremely loud. The host was very responsive and kind. He recommended parking in a nearby lot. I should have listened to him. Car theft is a real problem in Montreal. BEWARE.

Good location & walkable to many places. Appreciated the comfortable beds & pillows after a long day of walking. While it was very noisy (Campus Bar across the street) we were still able to sleep well. Place comes equipped with noise machine:). Found the place clean but pretty dusty, had terrible allergies each morning unfortunately.

We stayed at ApartHotel for four nights as a long weekend getaway. The apartment was spacious and comfortable, perfect for relaxing and taking some down time. Everything from booking to check in was seamless and easy.

Amazing stay - apartment was very spacious with private bedroom downstairs - pull out sofa upstairs - both very comfy. When arrived we noticed the toilet upstairs did not flush and the cleaner did not leave the sheets for the sofa bed. I contacted the owner, and this was all fixed immediately. Excellent communication and service! The apartment had everything we needed - washer detergent, dishwasher detergent, lots of coffee and towels. There is a bar across the street but the only night we heard noise was a Friday night. There is an adorable terrace off the forth floor to sit and have morning coffee or sit out in the evening. Overall was an amazing stay - just 5 min walk to parking, 12 min to metro and 25 to old Montreal. Would definitely stay here again!! The

The property is huge! Plenty of space to go around. Separate floor for the bed, has 1 full washroom in the bedroom and a half washroom in the main floor. The location is great, busy but it’s a good kind of busy. It’s 10mins ride to the grand station. Downtown and old Montreal is a good walk. The furnitures are quite new. The internet is also fast. I would book it again next time when I have to visit Montreal again. There is no concierge but the contact person is quite responsive on phone.
