Staff is very friendly. When we reach the hotel to check in, the lobby staff even hand us a cold face towel with slight fragrance to wipe our face, this is my first time having this kind of experience, feels like VIP haha.. It feels so refreshing after wiping the face! There's also free lemongrass pandan leaves drinks served readily in lobby. The room is very clean, with the view of not only KL Tower, but we also able to see KLCC, TRX & Merdeka 118 from our room. We have the Tiffin Set dinner at the hotel cafe. At first we thought the RM38 is with 1 rice & 1 dessert, but when they serve 2 rice & 2 desserts, we thought there might be additional charges. Surprisingly, it's really total RM38 for 2 pax for all the food that are showed in my picture!! And it's delicious too, though the chendul has too much ice. But it's really a great deal for a hotel meal!! For breakfast, it's decent and have wide varieties, but more to asian food. We enjoy our breakfast & leave with a full stomach~ Will definitely come back again!

The hotel is worth it for this price, and the breakfast is quite good and the distance to everywhere is closer.

strategic location, but cleanliness is a bit lacking because the towels are shabby and the pillowcases are fluffy and uncomfortable to sleep in, the room is also noisy/not soundproof, the sound from the next room can be heard and then the hotel activities preparing breakfast on the 3rd floor can be heard from 9/10 pm until early morning

The staff is very helpful. The room and toilet are clean, but the distance to the city is a little far.

I love almost everything about the hotel, the check-in was a breeze, the bed was as good as feather, the scrumptious food.. but until you park your car at the hotel. You'll definitely be charged for your car park as they claim it is a valet parking and no other options are available. Instead, the said parking was actually a car park at behind of the hotel only..

Good location, nice staff, beautiful view from rooftop, clean and quiet room, limited kind of breakfast but the taste is good, overall I really enjoy stay in this hotel.

The info displayed in room tv was oudated. Was interrsted in trying out the cocktails promo but was told that the promo was no longer available. Other info were also not updated. Hopefully they will be updated so that guess won't feel disappointed when promos are not available.

Quite small room but clean and comfortable. Breakfast superb. Many choices of menu and taste delicious.

Perfect places, cheers to George the concierge staff to give best service. But, staff concierge yang lain kurang ramah. Room 1807 so excellent awesome view. Nex trip we’ll coming again :)

I have stayed here several times and the breakfast is always complete, this time it is not like usual, there are no more pastries which are the mainstay of breakfast at Grand Santa, the menu is also ordinary, the room is clean, the service is still good

For solo travelers like me, I like the room. It's simple, not so big, clean, and light.

During my 3 nights stay here, the hotel was comfortable, only the lobby was a bit small, the gym facilities were also complete... basically I don't regret staying here.

The room very clean. Staff very helpful. Easy check in and check out. Location very near from LRT and other tourism place. Recommend for next trip.
