The shower was too small and water temperature quite difficult to manage. Also no hooks to hang clothes in the bathroom. But bed room space was quite good

Great for a value b&b in London. Signs of dilapidation but clean, cosy and comfortable. I had a great night’s sleep

I had a good stay overall. The bed was really comfy, which made it easy to rest after long days out exploring. For the price and location, it’s hard to complain—the hotel is conveniently near King’s Cross Station, which connects you to just about everything in London, and we were even able to do a Big Bus Tour and walk to a stop to get the tour started. Staff was quite helpful in getting us situated with the power plug situation. That said, there are a few downsides. The water can take a while to heat up at times, which was a bit inconvenient. The rooms also aren’t very soundproof, so noise carries easily. I could hear staff vacuuming and other sounds late at night, which might be an issue if you’re a light sleeper. Overall, it’s not a bad option for a short stay, especially if you plan to spend most of your time out exploring the city rather than in your room.

For the price, this is a good hotel, and very handy for King's Cross/St Pancras. Everything about it was fine for one or two nights, assuming most of your time will be spent elsewhere: it is a good place to sleep, but not for any significant creature comforts.

Very small room. Noisy as only hardboard for walls. Could hear people either side. Had homeless sitting outside talking loudly for 4hrs after midnight. Not good if you need to sleep. Staff were very nice and helpful.

Easy to get to from kings cross, but ants were on the floor and gnats everywhere in my room. Wanted me to sign a paper stating cost of everything, but didnt want to give me time to actually read the contract. The most uncomfortable spring single bed and can hear the people snoring from up above.

First room given had an uncleaned bath room. The replacement room had a tiny both room with the toilet bowl, the basin and shower cubical almost touching each other. There was no hot water in the morning.
