The front desk receptionist was fantastic!! Happy, great recommendations.

We loved the concept of preparing your own breakfast. The location of the hotel is very convenient. If you are a big & tall person, the rooms/showers are not big enough. You might want to check out their sister Hotel Champlain next door. All in all a good stay, merci beaucoup.

Not much options for the breakfast and can be crowded in the morning

I arrived early and was not able to check in until 330. I had hoped to be able to relax after getting off a cruise at 8am. The staff was helpful and I checked my suitcase. When I got my key I needed help getting the bed down from the ceiling. Staff came up and I soon realized that I could not get in the high bed. I was provided a step stool. I am 5 ft 2 and older. So if you have any physical limitations this may not be the place for you.

Localisation idéale pour visiter le Vieux-Québec. Chambre petite, mais très pratique. Tout est bien pensé (même un chauffe-serviettes dans la salle de bain). J'y retournerais sans hésiter.

Excellent self service breakfast

Better than expected, will stay there again. The room is incredibly small, and the mechanism for the bed does make me question its durability. That said everything was very clean. The shared kitchen was amazing and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The location was perfect. Price was excellent. Overall great value for the money and a great experience.

Basic, does the job

The hotel is pretty centered. Bed on the ceiling idea was great for the small rooms, the do it yiurself breakfast was different but cool, the kitchen fully equiped and most essentials were provided. Gamrs area which allowed us to play games with the kids. Staff was very friendly.

The breakfast "make it yourself": in theory, it's a good idea but when the hotel is full, there's no place to sit to eat at the dining area and cooking is like an obstacle course. Be patient! You can't be 2 making eggs at the same time! Not enough space.There's a practical question that is quite pourly addressed. Hope you like eggs and white bread. That's the only thing there was. No meat product, no yogurt, no juice. Room was clean and service went by to offer fresh towels.

The place was what it claimed. It was clean and organized and efficient. The room was in fact, unique and utilitarian, but it did meet all the needs. I’d stay there again.
