Better than expected, will stay there again. The room is incredibly small, and the mechanism for the bed does make me question its durability. That said everything was very clean. The shared kitchen was amazing and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The location was perfect. Price was excellent. Overall great value for the money and a great experience.

The hotel is pretty centered. Bed on the ceiling idea was great for the small rooms, the do it yiurself breakfast was different but cool, the kitchen fully equiped and most essentials were provided. Gamrs area which allowed us to play games with the kids. Staff was very friendly.

The breakfast "make it yourself": in theory, it's a good idea but when the hotel is full, there's no place to sit to eat at the dining area and cooking is like an obstacle course. Be patient! You can't be 2 making eggs at the same time! Not enough space.There's a practical question that is quite pourly addressed. Hope you like eggs and white bread. That's the only thing there was. No meat product, no yogurt, no juice.
Room was clean and service went by to offer fresh towels.

This worked perfectly. Right in the heart of Old Quebec. I wasn’t there to live in a room, so the size of it did not bother my wife and I. They have snacks and food in the kitchen. It was a great stay and nice staff.
