Location: It takes around 5 minutes to Rue Saint-Jean and Fairmont Le Chateau Frontenac. It is quiet all the time. Room: Although the room is small, it is clean (just there was a rice at the sink at the first day). Considered that it is a budget hotel, it is seldom to provide a fridge in each room. Dryer is provided as well. I requested for a room with a better view and my request was fulfilled. Service: House keeping is good. Réception is nice , just he/ she only works from 12noon to 8pm. Therefore, if you arrive at the hotel earlier than 12noon, you might not be able to store your luggage before check-in. (Room key-card is required to enter the hotel before 12noon and after 8pm.) Facilities: Cooking area is great and simple ingredients (like eggs, bread and fruit) are provided (free of charge). View at the rooftop is great too and you can have marshmallow bbq during 6-11pm. Washing machine is provided but there is no dryer.

The workers are super kind and helpful. Although the room is smaller than expected, and you have to manually rise and drop the bed, I like this hotel very much. The location is excellent because it is quiet and near the center of the old town at the same time. One thing you need to notice is that the kitchen is small, and you will have to make breakfast by yourself, so you will want to go earlier in case it is too crowded.

Chambre très sympa un peu surpris à l’arrivée par ma chambre car le lit est suspendu Après c’est très bien conçu le personnel sympa La cuisine à disposition c’est très bien et pratique Il faut prévoir de ce faire les repas mais c’est cool

Localisation idéale pour visiter le Vieux-Québec. Chambre petite, mais très pratique. Tout est bien pensé (même un chauffe-serviettes dans la salle de bain). J'y retournerais sans hésiter.

Excellent self service breakfast

Better than expected, will stay there again. The room is incredibly small, and the mechanism for the bed does make me question its durability. That said everything was very clean. The shared kitchen was amazing and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The location was perfect. Price was excellent. Overall great value for the money and a great experience.

Quarto muito limpo e localização excelente. Café da manhã é estilo faça você mesmo. Oferecem ovos para cozinha, café na maquina e mais uma variedade de item. Você prepara e depois lava a louça que usou.

Basic, does the job

La chambre étais très propre! Petite mais fonctionnelle . Les serviette assez rude à mon goût. Sinon tout à proximité vraiment génial à aller marcher dans le vieux ! La cuisine es ce que j’ai préférée . J’y retournerai.

Le menu du déjeuner était excellent, avec entre autres des oeufs frais! Par contre, je ne suis pas allé au parc national.

The hotel is pretty centered. Bed on the ceiling idea was great for the small rooms, the do it yiurself breakfast was different but cool, the kitchen fully equiped and most essentials were provided. Gamrs area which allowed us to play games with the kids. Staff was very friendly.

Très beau séjour à Québec à l’hôtel Atypiq. Très agréable de cuisiner dans leur cuisine fonctionnelle avec les autres voyageurs. J’ai aimé mon expérience.

Great stay, will come back

The breakfast "make it yourself": in theory, it's a good idea but when the hotel is full, there's no place to sit to eat at the dining area and cooking is like an obstacle course. Be patient! You can't be 2 making eggs at the same time! Not enough space.There's a practical question that is quite pourly addressed. Hope you like eggs and white bread. That's the only thing there was. No meat product, no yogurt, no juice. Room was clean and service went by to offer fresh towels.
