Location: It takes around 5 minutes to Rue Saint-Jean and Fairmont Le Chateau Frontenac. It is quiet all the time. Room: Although the room is small, it is clean (just there was a rice at the sink at the first day). Considered that it is a budget hotel, it is seldom to provide a fridge in each room. Dryer is provided as well. I requested for a room with a better view and my request was fulfilled. Service: House keeping is good. Réception is nice , just he/ she only works from 12noon to 8pm. Therefore, if you arrive at the hotel earlier than 12noon, you might not be able to store your luggage before check-in. (Room key-card is required to enter the hotel before 12noon and after 8pm.) Facilities: Cooking area is great and simple ingredients (like eggs, bread and fruit) are provided (free of charge). View at the rooftop is great too and you can have marshmallow bbq during 6-11pm. Washing machine is provided but there is no dryer.

The workers are super kind and helpful. Although the room is smaller than expected, and you have to manually rise and drop the bed, I like this hotel very much. The location is excellent because it is quiet and near the center of the old town at the same time. One thing you need to notice is that the kitchen is small, and you will have to make breakfast by yourself, so you will want to go earlier in case it is too crowded.

Everything was amazing and the staff was so kind! I loved the shared kitchen and the popcorn machine was a super fun addition too:) The only issue I had was the room had a slight smell and the Air conditioning unit was really loud and looked like it was broken and zip tied together. It was making a loud bubbling noise all night even if I turned it off. Other than that everything was great! The location is perfect.

Excellent staff and location. Very interesting design to make the best of small spaces. I highly recommend the hotel.

Excelente localização, fica na cidade alta próximo de tudo, apesar do quarto ser bem pequeno estava limpo a cama era confortável e o chuveiro esquentava bem. Chegamos no hotel antes do horário e o funcionário nos deixou fazer o check in antecipado, achei muito gentil de sua parte. Ótimo custo benefício, voltaria com certeza.

Vent in the bathroom was not working, and I couldn't turn the air conditioner off in the room. I would have preferred no TV and in its place have a clothes hanger of sorts. Ironing board was installed in the basement very close to the wall, so whatever I was ironing could easily touch the protruding stones. Breakfast supplies were decent. Rather quiet. Staff was friendly.

The hotel was a real experience. Given the wrong room number to start with. Had to call a staff member because the bed was on the ceiling! Needed a stool to get in bed. No room to move around when the bed was in place. No place to store anything. Bathroom sink was tiny and blocked by a shelf. Breakfast was basic and do it yourself. The sole positive was its location in the old city of Quebec. BE FOREWARNED!!!

It was a great location and walking distances to all points of interest. It was a different experience having available the kitchen access at all times and food available at all times as well. Also the ability to turn the room from a dinning area into a sleeping area by lowering the bed was interesting. My only complaint was that the TV cable was unavailable and received an apology for that but the issue was not resolved and stayed in the room w/o TV availability. Thank you. Great location and adequate services except for the TV availability.

We stayed at the property for 2 nights. On the very first day, we were given a room that was extremely small. The moment we opened the main door, the bed was right there — there was barely any space to walk, sit, or even keep our luggage properly. It felt very uncomfortable and cramped for two people. Additionally, there was water leakage from the bathroom, which made the stay even more inconvenient. Later, when we happened to see other rooms, we noticed they were comparatively much better in size, with enough space to move around comfortably. When we raised this concern with the hotel staff, they informed us that they could not change our room because the property was “fully booked.” However, we clearly noticed that one of the other rooms had just been vacated and housekeeping staff were cleaning it. The receptionist also insisted that all rooms were of the same size, which was simply not true, as both me and my partner personally saw the difference ourselves. Overall, we were disappointed with the room allocation and the way our concern was handled by the staff.

Good hotel for one person in a great location in Old Quebec. The beds are murphy beds so probably not great for the elderly or disabled. Rooms are small. One person is comfortable two would have been tight. Super convenient and quiet.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Clean room, clean hotel. Make your own breakfast in the fully equipped kitchen is a nice concept. Comfortable bed and pillows. Hotel is nicely located.

Mycket bra läge mitt i gamla staden. Enkel frukost som man fick göra i ordning själv.Goda möjligheter till självhushållning. Trevlig takterrass och innergård. Enkelt rum med säng som hissades upp i taket på dagen.

We loved the concept of preparing your own breakfast. The location of the hotel is very convenient. If you are a big & tall person, the rooms/showers are not big enough. You might want to check out their sister Hotel Champlain next door. All in all a good stay, merci beaucoup.

Not much options for the breakfast and can be crowded in the morning
