The place was what it claimed. It was clean and organized and efficient. The room was in fact, unique and utilitarian, but it did meet all the needs. I’d stay there again.

Super cute hotel. The room is very small but has a lot of hooks to hang items.
Staff was phenomenal. Our room would not cool down and they responded immediately with a new room and complimentary drink.

This worked perfectly. Right in the heart of Old Quebec. I wasn’t there to live in a room, so the size of it did not bother my wife and I. They have snacks and food in the kitchen. It was a great stay and nice staff.

La chambre est petite, ça on le savait. Mais le lit devait être escamotable et ne l’était pas. Cela signifie qu’à deux, nous n’avions aucun espace pour respirer. La douche était tellement petite que je pouvais à peine me tourner dedans. Nous sommes arrivés pendant les heures où il y aurait du avoir un préposé, mais avons attendu 10 minutes que quelqu’un se présente, sans message ou indication.
La douche ne semblait pas bien nettoyée…
Hors tout, très très décevant.

Loved our stay here. A lovely little set up, super cozy vibes with the communal dining hall and kitchen set up.
The rooms as per the concept are compact and great for a short stay. It makes perfect use of its space. The bathroom water pressure, temperature all great.
Only one negative would be the sink was placed outside the bathroom, rather than inside - which i understand in terms of the way the room is set up but was a bit inconvenient.
Mathieu helped us out during our stay and he was fantastic as well.
I would highly recommend this place, if you’re into the concept and have location as a priority. Not ideal for a family with kids cause of the space, but if you understand the compact rooms concept it makes for a super comfortable stay. It was for us.

stayed at this hotel for just one night and overall had a good experience. The bed was comfortable, the shower was great, and the location was definitely a positive point. However, the breakfast was disappointing. It works on a self-service system where guests prepare, eat, and wash their own dishes, but when we arrived, almost everything was gone. I asked about eggs, and the staff told me they would only arrive the next day. Basically, there was only bread, green apples, and yogurt available. For the price of the stay, I expected a more complete and organized breakfast.
