The place is nice, the room is also okay, neat, and clean. The service is also very good. The only minus is the parking lot, it's a bit minimalist. Yesterday when I was here, I had an uncomfortable experience because the entrance was a bit downhill and was just barely in line with a local plate car staying there who wanted to get out but he didn't want to back up even though our car had to go uphill to back up, while his was still on a gentle slope. So it was a bit annoying, but luckily the security guard was able to break it up so there was no fight.

This was my first time staying at Oak Tree and I was pleasantly surprised to receive a room upgrade from a standard room to one with a beautiful view. Comfortable, clean, and quiet. The only downside was that when we checked in late at night, we wanted to take a shower, and the body wash bottle was empty (not refilled). In the morning, an uninvited guest (a centipede/worm?) entered the bathroom, but that was understandable, as the hotel (resort) is surrounded by trees.

The hotel is located in a residential complex. The room was adequately sized, not too cramped, and included a single sofa and a desk and chair. The bed was a bit low, but it was fine for sleeping. The lighting was warm but still at a comfortable level, so it wasn't blinding. The bathroom wasn't too cramped, and it was okay, even though it wasn't particularly new.

Good service from the front desk staff, bellboys, and restaurant. Breakfast was not tasty, unappealing, and the menu was very monotonous. The omelet didn't taste like a pure egg; it had a lot of ingredients, making it taste strange. The swimming pool water was cloudy, probably because many guests were swimming. The balcony was not functional, there were no benches, and it was narrow, and the view was also blocked by trees.
