It was a great stay! The rooms arw very minimalistic but have all the necessities.

Different type of hotel, without a TV or coffee in the rooms, but it was fine with us to have a more versatile machine in the main lounge and being close to the action. The staff were extremely nice. Johanna was extremely nice as well as the other staff. Loved being near the action with the Street Fest, the Dali shows and the Tivoli cinema. Had an excellent night singing with the piano players after dancing in the streets at the festival. Maybe not the best for might sleepers, but definitely worth it for being close to downtown Charlettetown. Rooms are clean and a reasonably priced. I actually paid more for worn down rooms in chain Hotels. I'd definitely go there again.

Staff behaviour is too good

I really enjoyed my stay at the Arts Hotel when I was in Charlottetown. It's a small but nice hotel and is in the center of downtown. It is no more then a 15 min walk to Confederation landing, and the founders food Hall and market. The staff were super friendly and were willing to answer all the questions I had about the island, and getting around. I spent some time in the lounge on the second floor and it was always quiet in there. The room was nice and clean with a comfortable bed and a decent size bathroom. My only complaint would be the pillows were a bit too soft for me, as I am used to firmer pillows. When I come back to PEI in the future I would definitely stay at the Arts Hotel again. I would also recommend this place to others who seek a more minimalistic hotel and who want a peaceful vacation.

Spent one night here upon arrival on Island. Hotel is very clean. The bed was comfortable. Centrally located with many dining options near by. Suited my needs perfectly. Would stay again.

Basic accommodation with excellent quality and great location

Great place to stay

This is a nice well-located hotel but the room was small with only one chair so my wife decided we should go elsewhere.

As advertised, there are no TVs in the rooms, but there are two in a common area on the second floor. It might not be for everyone. My room was small but clean and comfortable, no worries. Lots of pubs and restaurants within easy walking distance. Front desk staff was professional.

Reasonable prices great staff and centrally located

We enjoyed our stay however we had room 302 which was across from the elevator and all night and into the early morning we heard the elevayor doors and close and heard the elevator bell. It made for an interrupted sleep. That said, the room was tidy and the bed was comfy.

Very nice and clean but very noisy. Could hear a drummer/ ban until 2 AM. Not good sleep at all.

The rooms are very small with no tvs, but as long as you know that when booking it is fine. We just use room to sleep and shower and this hotel was perfect for us. Very clean and great location for a night on the town
