The rooms are very small with no tvs, but as long as you know that when booking it is fine. We just use room to sleep and shower and this hotel was perfect for us. Very clean and great location for a night on the town

This is a nice well-located hotel but the room was small with only one chair so my wife decided we should go elsewhere.

As advertised, there are no TVs in the rooms, but there are two in a common area on the second floor. It might not be for everyone. My room was small but clean and comfortable, no worries. Lots of pubs and restaurants within easy walking distance. Front desk staff was professional.

We enjoyed our stay however we had room 302 which was across from the elevator and all night and into the early morning we heard the elevayor doors and close and heard the elevator bell. It made for an interrupted sleep. That said, the room was tidy and the bed was comfy.

The hotel is very no frills. There is no TV, mini fridge, coffee maker, alarm clock, or microwave in the room. There is a communal lounge area with a fridge you can use. This being said- the hotel was clean, the beds were really comfy and the price was right!
I would stay there again- it’s just good to note you’re not going to get all the amenities you’d get somewhere else, but it is much cheaper!

I realize cheaper rates but I was not a fan of needing to pay for a coffee and also being locked out of the common room area before check out time , so we couldn’t even get back in to buy a coffee

We stayed at this hotel to attend an event at Holland College. We were a little concerned after reading reviews about the noise but we were on the fourth floor and it was very quiet. The minimalist room was great, comfortable king size bed. There is no tv (which we knew) and no hair dryer (also knew this). We liked how we were able to walk where we needed to go all weekend. Would stay again!

Location-wise, the Art Hotel is unbeatable. It’s within walking distance of some of Charlottetown's best bars, restaurants, and shops. We had a blast exploring the local nightlife and knew we had a stylish and comfortable room to come back to.
Overall, the Art Hotel offers a blend of modern charm and unique amenities that make it an unforgettable place to stay. Highly recommended for a fun and memorable girls' night out in Charlottetown!
