As advertised

The room was clean and beautiful. Unfortunately it was very loud — from both Trailside reverberating late and then drunk guests loudly talking in the hall in the middle of the night.

Simple but tidy, comfy bed and nice bathroom

Room was clean. Very small.blue and purple Street lights shine through window. No TV or entertainment. Parking was a pain.

Clean, fresh room, comfy beds, quiet rooms on high level. Pet-friendly.

Clean room, very efficient staff when checking in.

Basic room with no amenities. Clean and fresh, you shouldn't need much more than that.

My second stay here and it was great. Can walk everywhere I need to go, and the restaurant down stairs was excellent for breakfast

I liked everything about my stay. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable about the area and suggested a few places to go. I would highly recommend this place to stay.

Very average but clean.

This hotel was very neat. From the modern rooms to the movie theatre downstairs, it was a really fun and different experience from what we’re used to. The restaurant and bar attached is super convenient. If you love live bands on site this place is for you. If you’re looking for a quiet escape this probably isn’t it 😂

Arts hotel? I don’t think so. This place is the worst!!! TLDR: Thin walls, 2am club music next door, coffee ripoff, zero artistic vibe (beige walls, no furniture, no coffee, no fridge, one desk, one lamp, and NO art!). They have coffee in the ‘common room’, which is a machine you have to tap your card to pay. Coffee $1.50. When I tapped my card I got charged $3. I asked the hotel staff and they said it was a pre-auth debit. For coffee? OK, whatever. The next morning I got a coffee, same thing. I checked my bank the next day and was charged $3 each time! What a sham!!! Super loud music from the arcade next door rattling the windows UNTIL 2am! Not to mention the Live entertainment blasting up from the main floor until 11pm (and I was on the 4th floor!). There were 30-40 drunk teenagers hanging out front of the Arcade, which is just next door to the hotel entrance.

The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. They also were able to store our bicycles in the basement for safekeeping during our stay and were very prompt on bringing them to the reception area when we we’re ready to go for a ride.

Easy to find and parking close. Restaurants great in the area

Love the stay

Excellent location! Right downtown within arms reach of shopping, entertainment, and restaurants. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Five minute walk to the pier. Area can be a little rough at night.
