It was very busy but the hotel is clean and well secure.

Terrific new hotel - very comfortable beds, gorgeous sheets, nice vibe to the decor and feels like no detail has been missed. Really convenient location with a tram stop to/from Central station right at the corner (10mins). Very helpful, friendly staff. Great breakfast, oat latte’s were excellent as were the choices. Close to museum square and feels like a 10-15 minute walk from everywhere else. Will stay there again!

Excellent short stay at the Diamond. Great location! Close to restaurants, bars, tram and shopping. Rooms were very well appointed and the beds comfortable. Would stay again when I am back in Amsterdam. Thank you

When we arrived at The Diamond it was before check in time so we paid to get into our room early. When we arrived into the room we realized the air conditioning wasn't working. After asking for help from the women cleaning the rooms and the front desk they told us to go exploring the city and the room should be cooled off by the time we returned. Sadly, when we returned at 9 pm the air-con was still inoperative. Exhausted, we asked if we could switch rooms to one with working air-con. They were very kind and quick with a room change. When we got to this room we noticed it outfitted with complimentary branded water bottles and Stroopwaffles to enjoy, a nice touch our original room did not have. Sadly this rooms air-con was inoperative as well. We called down once more and they were kind enough to find a room where the air conditioning finally appeared to be working. It was rough going as it was 80 degrees Fahrenheit and the air con was working intermittenly. This third room also had not been cleaned nearly as well as the others and also didn't have the waterbottles and stroopwaffles room two had. The inconsistencies between the rooms and the lack of air-con were the only draw backs. The staff were beyond helpful and quick in moving us to a room that was somewhat more comfortable.

The room was so small you couldn’t open a suitcase or lay it down anywhere. Lighting in room was very dim. View was terrible. No closet or drawers. Price was expensive. Bed was comfortable.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Hotel Diamond. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed and made to feel right at home. The hotel itself is elegant, comfortable, and impeccably maintained, with beautiful rooms and excellent amenities that made my stay both relaxing and enjoyable. What truly set this experience apart, however, was the outstanding service. I want to extend a special thank you to Samuel for his exceptional hospitality. His kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail did not go unnoticed and made a lasting impression. Thank you, Hotel Diamond. I look forward to returning!

Pictures don't do justice. Place is newly remodeled, all very nice and clean. Inside courtyard is beautiful for dining.. One of best hotels in Venice. Close to all places u want to visit.

I cannot say enough great things about this hotel. From the staff to the location to the room , it was perfect for a holiday in Amsterdam.

Great location, well appointed rooms, very nice staff

Good location, but very disappointing stay. Room temperature was uncomfortable due to broken air conditioning. The connected restaurant, promoted by the hotel, treated us badly and the hotel refused responsibility. Definitely not five-star worthy.

Excellent, highly recommend. Such a great location and rooms a decent size and easy to access unlike a lot of other properties in Amsterdam.

This hotel has the best staff ever. From Samuel, Noam, Lena and the lovely house keeping person Natalie, All went over and above to make our stay wonderful. We were there for Kings Birthday and the staff forewarned us. We loved each minute there!

Small rooms but great area close to everything

It is the most perfect location imaginable. Easy to walk to most everything. Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. Staff was wonderful. A little jewel.

Very friendly staff ...great location...we loved our 3 nights. The trams outside are a little noisy and the toilet in the bedroom has a transparent door which was not great for privacy otherwise it was great

Ideal location in the heart of Amsterdam with very clean rooms.

Room was quaint, everything you expect of a high end hotel. Close to parking but center city is right out your door.
