I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Ritz-Carlton Mega Kuningan, and I must say it was an absolutely outstanding experience from start to finish. The hotel itself is magnificent—from the elegant lobby to the beautifully appointed rooms and 5-course meal complimentary. What truly made our stay memorable was the exceptional service provided by *Mrs. Royana Rasjid*. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine warmth went above and beyond our expectations. She was incredibly attentive to our needs, always greeting us with a smile, and made us feel truly valued as guests. Her caring, efficiency, and personable approach made every interaction a pleasure. Five stars without hesitation!

All staff start from security front, front office, housekeeping, management all nice, friendly, and do their jobdesk very professional. Very recommended if you find a hotel to stay if you have a business around Kuningan City area.

This is my third time checking in at The Groove Suites, and I must say, it has been a consistently pleasant experience. The staff are always kind and helpful. What I find most intriguing about this hotel is its unique room layout, which deviates from the traditional hotel designs. It's not your typical, boring hotel room. I am eagerly looking forward to my fourth stay here in the near future.
