I really enjoyed my stay at Zest Hotel Harbour Bay Batam. Its location is very strategic, especially for travelers wanting to cross to Singapore, as it is close to the Harbour Bay Ferry Terminal. Access to the port is very easy and convenient, making it suitable for business trips or short vacations. There are also many food options around the hotel, from local cuisine to modern restaurants and cafes, so it's very easy to find food at any time. The Harbour Bay area is also pleasant for walking around. My favorite thing is the morning atmosphere. Many people jog and exercise around the hotel area while enjoying the fresh morning air. The environment feels lively yet comfortable and pleasant to start the day. Overall, this hotel is highly recommended for those looking for a hotel with a strategic location, easy ferry access, and a comfortable area to enjoy Batam.

The rooms are very spacious and clean, the food is varied and delicious, the staff are all friendly, and it's close to the mall. I've been staying here for a while with my family.

We have the best experience staying here, all staff here are very friendly and helpful. When we check in, Nisa in reception was very kind and helpful for us because we arrived and the check in process was almost midnight, and the restaurant crews were also kind. 5 stars for Harmonie One Hotel.

Very budget friendly, very clean. Provided shampoo + body soap, toothbrushes + toothpaste, 2 bottles of water. Love how the check out time was at 1pm too. To think they provided breakfast despite it being a budget hotel is crazy. Breakfast was good though, no complains at all. Had breakfast twice, both days there were coffee, tea, water, white rice, a fried rice dish, a noodle dish, keropok, a potato dish, a vegetable dish, 2 different type of fruits, and a dessert (the green bean soup was amazing I took seconds). The surrounding area is also pretty convenient, there's a seafood place (Yong Kee) down the road, nasi padang (did not end up eating here) too, there's even a photo studio (Sumi Space) and cafe (Fryday Brew) 200m away. Near the malls and basically right at Nagoya area where there's quite a lot of activities. Highly recommend this hotel for a budget stay. Location is also very convenient with grab too

Pernah menginap di sini November 2022, dan sangat berkesan. Petugas-nya ramah dan cepat tanggap. Keamanan dan privasi terjaga, kamar nyaman dan bersih, harga bersaing dan ramah di kantong. Sehingga jadi referensi menginap kembali saat saya kembali ke Batam. Pada tanggal 15 Januari 2024 kembali saya menginap di sini dan tetap sama pelayanan-nya. Good job pokoknya.

Very good. When there were any issues, all the staff worked quickly and provided comfort, so even a long wait was not a problem. Thank you Aglow Hotel. Next time I go to Batam again, I will definitely stay here.

The best hotel I have stayed at. Friendly staff. The room was super clean. I will definitely book this hotel if I am going over to Batam again.
