The hotel location is very near to Batam Ferry Terminal and Mega Mall, which is easily accessible. The hotel room is spacious and clean with essentials provided. The TV is a smart TV with YouTube access, etc. The buffet breakfast had quite a wide variety of foods. Overall, I highly recommend staying at this hotel.

I stayed for three days for meetings and fieldwork. I wanted to charge my laptop and phone, but I didn't have a 3-prong travel plug converter with me. At 11 PM, I asked customer service where the nearest outlet sold one. The hotel/customer service immediately lent me their stock. A room attendant arrived shortly afterward to deliver the converter.
