The experience of staying overnight before going to Singapore was very memorable, everything was very good and perfect, from the friendly staff service, fast check-in and we left our luggage while we were in Singapore, returning again for a 3-night stay after leaving Singapore was very memorable. Champion cleanliness, all services were very good, the room was cleaned every day. The room was dust-free for us who are very sensitive to dust, the room was very clean, the location is beyond doubt, from the harbor it is only a step away then looking for food just go to Mega Mall which is across the hotel. Other locations are quite affordable because the hotel is in the heart of Batam. Thank you Harris Hotel Batam Center, we will definitely come back and recommend this hotel to our family and friends.

Aston hotel has a very modern theme. Sleek and spacious! The hotel has its own Starbucks, so it's a plus! Have many activities inside the building. The hotel is very clean, the staff is friendly, responsive, woken up at dawn, escorted to the airport, lent a mukena, comfortable even though alone, the sheets are also clean, for that price it's really good, exceeds expectations 👍 there is a hair dryer, next to it there is an express laundry, across from Indomart, lots of food, highly recommended, close to the airport 👍👍, it just takes time to go to the city center
