Title: Relaxing Stay with a View – Some Room for Improvement We stayed at Batam View Beach Resort for a short family holiday and were generally very pleased. The location is scenic and peaceful, perfect for relaxing. The room was clean and spacious, and the staff were warm and welcoming. The facilities were great – we enjoyed the pool, the beach, and the water activities. The view from the room was stunning. However, there are a couple of things that could be improved. The breakfast variety was quite limited, and the taste could be better. We were expecting more options, especially for a resort of this size. Also, we needed an extra bed for a family member, but there was no clear information about this during the booking. It would be helpful if the resort clarified extra bed availability and charges in advance. Overall, it was a good stay and we would recommend the resort, especially for families. With small improvements in breakfast quality and clearer communication, it could be even better.

In all three rooms we had significant air conditioning problems. Maintenance couldn’t fix the problems even though they tried. Many staff were great but a few had big ego’s.

This is my favourite place in Batam.
