The hotel staff are all friendly, the rooms are comfortable, clean, and have a nice mountain view. The food is also approved, with a wide variety and you can choose from it. The swimming pool with a mountain view and of course the water is warm, great, plus there is a playground. Next time at Amarta Hills.

Great English speaking staff. Wonderful time as they shared their knowledge of amenities and wonderful places to chill around the city. I had physically exerted myself in the outdoors prior and had a great in-room massage

Our 1N stay at Royal Suite type was fantastic! Check-in was super easy and fast, setting a great start. The facilities are excellent and something for everyone. What truly made it was the outstanding staff hospitality and service. Every team member was friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond. We felt genuinely welcomed and cared for. Kudos for your GM! He's a great leader, and some of the department heads were truly beyond my expectations. From the beginning, while we arrived, the GM was the first person who greeted us. Continued to have a pleasant experience while checking in/out so smoothly, and we got a little surprise when we entered our room that celebrated our anniversary. I had such a lovely stay at Senyum World Hotel. The room was clean, spacious, and really comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and made everything feel easy from check-in to check-out. The hotel has so many family-friendly facilities—it’s impossible to get bored here. Breakfast was tasty with plenty of choices. Overall, a truly pleasant and memorable stay!
