4 years ago I stayed here, and in 2025 November I came back again, always comfortable at Harris Malang 🥰

Stayed 3D2N with family. Booked connecting rooms and they were available. The restaurant staff were very friendly, I asked for help heating baby food twice and they helped, even though the restaurant was closed. My child's swimming goggles were lost in the pool, so I asked the staff to help me find them, and they were immediately brought to my room. The service was really great. For a standard 4-star meal, some menus vary daily, but others like porridge, bread, and noodles are always available every day. Strategic location, close to the city center. Standard room size, good cleanliness.

It was a pleasure to stay here. The room was clean, the bathroom clean, the water running smoothly, and the mountain view was excellent. The breakfast was delicious and varied. The staff were all very friendly. The check-in and check-out process was most impressive; it was fast and hassle-free. I never thought a hotel of this class could be so good.

We were very satisfied with our staycation at the Grand Mercure, Malang. The entire team was friendly and ready to assist us with anything we needed. The check-in process was very fast, assisted by Ms. Dita. The room was very spacious and had a mountain view. Thank you, Grand Mirama, for making our anniversary so memorable 🥰

Comfortable rooms, good food, and affordable prices. Very fitting for backpackers who want to spend the night in Malang. The location is close to Malang airport and Batu city.

Thanks for all the staff, very helpful and very kind... especially to my mom with the wheelchair... it was not easy to move... but all the staff were very patient. Recommended and will come again for the next visit to Malang.
