All staff, from security, cleaning service, and receptionist are very friendly and the service is satisfactory. Responsive to help us carry our suitcases. There is a welcome drink in the lobby. The swimming pool is warm until my child doesn't want to stop swimming. Maybe an indoor playground can be added to make it more kids friendly. The hotel room is comfortable and soundproof. The Wi-Fi signal is good and YouTube is already using YouTube Premium, guaranteed without ads. And in the room there are free snacks such as tempeh chips and tea boxes. The hotel is very close to the toll gate. And those who like morning culinary can take a walk to Klojen Market.

The room service was great, but I think the breakfast wasn't up to par for a 5-star hotel, just okay. Hopefully, the breakfast food will improve in terms of taste and texture. The croissant I ate earlier felt like it wasn't fresh.

The room is spacious enough. I've stayed here several times, but this time without breakfast because I felt it wasn't enough, even though there was quite a lot of variety. The AC in the room can't be adjusted to the desired temperature, or even turned off. The toilet flushing is also problematic, perhaps in need of improvement. The location is quite far from the city if you want to eat. Many children's activities are paid.
