I had a wonderful stay at Tune Hotel Georgetown! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel genuinely welcome with their warm smiles and helpful attitude. They were always ready to assist, and their awareness of guests’ needs was impressive. The location is absolutely strategic—it’s right in the heart of Georgetown, close to local eateries, cultural sites, and convenience stores, which made getting around super easy. The hotel itself is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, offering great value for money. I especially appreciated the comfortable bed, strong Wi-Fi, and overall cozy atmosphere. If you’re looking for a budget-friendly stay without sacrificing comfort, convenience, and service, I highly recommend Tune Hotel Georgetown. Definitely be coming back!

As usual, we always stay at Sunway Hotel Georgetown every time we visit Penang. Strategic location, comfort, and cleanliness of the hotel room are some of the things we consider. The service staff is also very good.

This is my favorite place, I will for sure stay here every time I come to Penang. The location is near New Lane street market, several options of minimarkets, dim sum place, pharmacies, and durians. The staff is friendly and helpful, the room is clean, and all amenities are provided. They have service for those who are coming to Penang for medications, they provide free shuttle from and to several hospitals, and allow early check-in or late check-out if you still need time to complete your visit with your doctors.

The staff mostly are very professional and super friendly! We like it very much, feels like home.
