Alta Reggia Plaza Hotel

Giant room, pleasant staff and pretty decent breakfast. Expedia has this as a 4-star hotel but I don’t agree. Sheets and towels could be much better, as well as providing extra pillows rather than just one per bed. Bathroom had a bit of a smell but it was good as well.

When asking for more pillows we were told one pillow per person. When we mentioned that we were having guests the next day they told us we could only have guests for 30 minutes but they could use common areas in the hotel. ?????Breakfast was weak, but included in the price.

Comfortable and nice staff !

When I called them to arrange an early check-in someone picked up the phone, said sth in Portuguese and hung up on me. Then I tried to message them and the response was come here and I will be given a room if available, but nothing about charging extra. When I went there I was charged 0.5 day for getting into the room 4 hours earlier, something that doesn't cost the hotel anything. In this trip I have been to 4 different hotels and the flight hours were so that I had to check-in early in all of them and it was 9nly this hotel that tried to make money out of it without informing me earlier when I contacted them. if I knew about it, I would have canceled the booking. The common areas in the hotel are gloomy and dark. The suit itself was spacious with interesting design and furniture. The light colored sofa in the room had turned into something grayish from being dirty. The pool on the 15th floor is not a swimming pool. It is practically a large tub that you can seat in.

O hotel fica no centro, os funcionários todos muito atenciosos e prestativos, o hotel é antigo, cama ruim, precisa de reformas. Quando chegamos no quarto tinha um pelo pubiano na tábua da privada. O café da manhã é bom, boa opção se vc precisa ficar no centro.

Nice classy hotel, however a bit old. Other than that everything was fine. Wifi worked well as did the AC.

Very helpful staff and the breakfast was really well organised considering how COVID made it so difficult. Well located and easy access to attractions. Would recommend.

Very clean large rooms with balcony, with fairly comfortable beds. The staff was extremely friendly and professional. Great experience overall

Unbelievable. The hotel charged me the fare twice. It was supposed to be paid when I checked out, However it charged in 10 days after the reservation and charged again at checking out. The hotel said it was not charged twice and the hotels.com said they can't handle this matter and recommend me to contact the hotel directly. WDF.

Some English-speaking guys at the front desk were extremely helpful. The furnishings are spartan but the rooms are clean and comfortable.

Hotel was good for an overnight stay.

Only one night. Hotel looks fancier in pictures than in real life, but still pretty good. That claimed their had just refurbished the room we stayed in, but unfortunately overlooked putting power outlets by the bed... Pool area and small gym on the roof. Didn't use it, but had a nice view. Breakfast was typical brazilian, but with added eggs.

I was only there for a couple of days, but it was a very good experience. The room was adequate, included breakfast was very good. There was a gym and pool on the 14th floor. Gym equipment was old and not in great shape, but it worked well enough. There was a tiny TV that I could not get to work and didn't bother to ask for help. I had 2 full size beds in my suite and they were adequately comfortable. The rooms were very spacious. The shower drain would drain slowly and water would spillover into the bathroom floor. For the most part, these are minor problems. The room was very inexpensive and most things were perfectly adequate, but hardly luxurious.

I didn't like the location. Too noisy. Very old hotel despite they have remodeled rooms. In general it is somber.

Hotel muito bom. Equipe segura, dedicada e eficiente. Cama poderia ser mais confortável.
