We had a wonderful stay with a couple of minor exceptions. The room and view was fabulous. We called for our car from Valet parking. We waited in the lobby, expecting to be notified when the car arrived. that never happened. The other issue was on our departure day we wanted to get on the road early and there is no bell service available before 8 AM.

30th birthday for my wife gone wrong. Couldn’t get ahold of anyone prior to set up the room with decorations. Tried many times before arrival and was unsuccessful. Valet was reckless and untimely with our brand new truck Pathway to spa has sewage smell and Massages were shortened and not full duration Unwarranted charges to card Front desk was unfriendly and brushed us off when we were trying to understand where the charges came from and why. Dishes, left over food and cutlery all left in the hallway for entire stay Ordered towels to the room for them to be left outside our door on the dirty hotel floor Should choose the Hilton instead.
