The staff were super lovely on our short stay in london, they were super polite and check in was easy and fast, as well our room was upgraded for free which was a lovely surprise . The room was great and had all the basic necessities & was clean and modern. A good location as well, there are many tube stops in the area as well as cafes and shops a short walk away.

Don’t be put off by the size of the rooms. They’re small but well designed - so they don’t feel small. Quiet for the location. A great stay!

A lot of dust in my room, towels all equipments. Understood for the small room size but you can do something better furniture for the small room. Like table which able to fold. But over all is good.

The room was so tiny, we couldn’t fit our bags in the room let alone open them up. The bed was the size of the room and I had to keep my luggage in the shower. It was the smallest room I have ever seen in my life. Very glad we were only staying one night :(

Check in was a little rocky. But because it took a while, the person at the desk who helped me (Victor), upgraded my room from windowless to with a window. He was very nice and helpful, even gave me a printout of things to do in the area. As for the room, it was definitely very small, but honestly the perfect size for a single traveler like me. Would definitely stay again during my next visit.

The room was very small and fixtures such as sink was barely usable due to size. Room had good function for such a small space but space was not something you had enough of for two people traveling with luggage. Otherwise clean and good service.

Staff we fab, the hotel room was better than we expected, we went during a heatwave but we found the room comfortable.
The only downside is if you're a massive tea/ coffee drinker, there's not kettle in the room and have to go to reception to ask for some hot water to make one..

We chose this hotel at the last minute due to our previously booked hotel not having air conditioning. The room was only 10 square meters, but the ac worked. The room was very clean and they had a free espresso coffee station in the lobby.
It was walking distance to the British Museum, Euston metro station and the St Pancras International train station where we took Eurostar to Paris.
We would opt for a larger room, as the room photos are a bit deceiving. The hotel staff were very friendly, except for the breakfast manager was a bit terse when he found I was just looking for a cup to use with the free espresso/coffee station, which didn't have cups or utensils.
