Although the inn was doing a brisk trade we received a warm and friendly welcome. The room was fine for an overnight stay though the bed was a little soft for my liking. I would definitely recommend.

The room was cozy and well considered, providing a perfect blend of comfort and rustic charm. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. The food was delicious, with a great selection of hearty pub classics and local specialties. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, making it a perfect spot to relax and unwind. I highly recommend this pub for anyone looking for a memorable and enjoyable stay to cornwall

I was really happy with the staff there. Everyone I dealt with was pleasant and helpful. Lovely breakfast and as clean room, clean sheets, clean bathroom. Nothing fancy but just what I wanted. I`m not a drinker but the pub looked authentic and inviting. I was automatically upgraded when a double room was available for most of my week. They made the holiday very pleasant.

Good for coastal path walking. The 95 bus stops nearby and goes to Bude, Crackington Haven, Tintagel, Port Isaac and Polzeath. The single room is fine though small and includes a kettle, tea and coffee. The pub breakfast is good. Parking isn't guaranteed but people are continuously leaving.
