The hotel is in a very strategic location, making it easy to access various attractions. The receptionist during check-in was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. We got to spend our Hong Kong’s last night trip in the amazing W Hong Kong. We got upgraded to Cool Corner Room and offered with extra bed, big shout out to René! We were also given a welcome amenity given by the Welcome Experience Team - René, Pearl, Karis & Gordon, we are so touched by this.. Feels like home ^^ Also to mention Chelsea for the speedy check-in service and taking us to our room. And to Henry who ensured our check out process smoothly. The room was just the right size for us, not too big, not too small. The window is wide enough to see the buildings and street outside. Good location, very close to Wan Chai MTR station exit C. My friend and I like Brighton Hotel.
