The location is excellent; if you're looking for souvenirs or legendary Belitung cuisine, you're just a short walk or a quick motorbike taxi ride away. The rooms are very spacious, a classic hotel style with generous space. It's not a new hotel, but the maintenance is excellent. The staff is also friendly and quick to help. The ocean view from the room makes waking up in the morning a pleasure. Recommended for families or couples.

I was very impressed staying here because from the moment we arrived, we felt the friendliness of the FO staff, especially Freddy. When we went out in the afternoon to the beach, I asked the staff, and not only was they shown us the way, but they also escorted us. Likewise, at breakfast, if you'd like to know where your room number is, at other places, they didn't ask, but instead explained the menu and offered to help you order. The chef, Mr. Kamal, if I'm not mistaken, also met with his guests and asked about their food. There was also another staff member who greeted guests to ask about their impressions of their stay, Mrs. Reisa. The hospitality here is amazing.

The staff is friendly, check in is one set, not much this and that, just showing your ID card, less than 3 minutes, you will be given the room key. I have stayed here twice, and will continue to come here. Eating utensils are provided if needed, just say so, hot water, coffee, tea, glasses are ready, even a wash basin for washing is available. For those who bring family who usually can't be separated from washing dishes, etc., it makes it really easy 😊
