The staff and also the management are very friendly, attentive, and thoughtful. They always try to ensure we're happy during our stay. The food is delicious and beautifully presented. One of the WOW factors is: during our dinner, there's our family photo put on our table. The photo [was] taken earlier in the afternoon (yes, we've got a free photo shoot!). For sure, we will come again to this resort. Thank you, all Plataran team 💜.

The room is spacious, nice, comfortable, bringing small children is also very suitable because the swimming pool is close to the room, you can go back and forth to swim, and there is a pool for children. I had a truly enjoyable stay at the homestay! The staff were friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful—perfect for a relaxing getaway. The price is also affordable. Unfortunately, during my visit, the café menu wasn't available yet, which was a bit disappointing as I had been looking forward to enjoying a light meal there. Hopefully, this will be improved in the future, as the café itself looked like a great spot to unwind. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay and wouldn't hesitate to return. With a little attention to the café service, this place could be truly perfect!
