This is my first stay at Plataran, and I am truly impressed. The hotel offers a great view, and the reception staff were friendly, providing fantastic service—especially the night service staff on 29 April (Naufal). The location is excellent and makes it very easy to get around. We were also warmly received by Boris and his team. Overall, the service throughout the hotel was outstanding. I highly recommend staying at this hotel.

The strategic location is close to anywhere. Although small plasticity from the front turned out to be very comfortable. Clean rooms and friendly hotel employees make me want to come here again. Our stay at Hotel Puri Asri & Resort was a very pleasant one. Check-in was quick and easy, and we were escorted to our riverside room by the very friendly staff. The room was clean and comfortable, and the resort facilities were complete, making it very family-friendly. The restaurant was well-appointed, the swimming pool excellent, the jogging track, and the many activities available on site were excellent. Overall, we were very satisfied and enjoyed our stay at this resort.
