The best in Magelang. The hotel grounds are beautiful, well-maintained, and the rooms are comfortable and clean. The quality of the beds, pillows, and sheets is comparable to a 5-star hotel. The staff is all friendly. FYI, I've stayed at this hotel several times in the Royal room. I haven't tried the other rooms.

If I go to Magelang, I definitely stay at the Grand Artos Hotel.
Besides its easy-to-reach location, the hotel is also connected to the Artos Magelang Mall.
So if you get bored in your room, you can just go to the mall.
This is my fourth stay at the Grand Artos Hotel.

Very good, location is close to Borobudur... The room is spacious, nice, comfortable, bringing small children is also very suitable because the swimming pool is close to the room, you can go back and forth to swim, and there is a pool for children. Dekat dengan Muntilan, kota masa kecil jadi bisa sekalian nostalgia. Bersih, rapi, tenang, pelayanan ramah dan humble. The staff and also the management are very friendly, attentive, and thoughtful. They always try to ensure we're happy during our stay. The food is delicious and beautifully presented. One of the WOW factors is: during our dinner, there's our family photo put on our table. The photo [was] taken earlier in the afternoon (yes, we've got a free photo shoot!). Hotel was newly built and facilities are clean. Hotel location is also good, it’s close to the Borobudur heritage and easy access by Grab. We found a nice Thai restaurant nearby that offers beer. The breakfast menu in this hotel was OK, not many choices but good enough. We enjoyed our stay here and will come back.

Wasn’t sure what to expect, so we originally planned to stay one night then continue the next day with our travels. Loved this place so much we stayed another night! Absolutely loved everything here. The ambiance is amazing and the pool is perfect. Cleanliness is important, and this place is clean. Staff are super helpful. Can’t say enough good things about this place! Strongly recommended!!

Highly recommended!! Especially the Toraja VIP room, it's absolutely stunning for honeymooners! There aren't many rooms, so staying here feels exclusive, and the hotel is conveniently located near Borobudur.
Also, don't miss out on the restaurant's food! It's absolutely delicious! The special fried rice is a breakfast option! You must also get the fried cassava and mendoan tempeh! The best!
