This is my first stay at Plataran, and I am truly impressed. The hotel offers a great view, and the reception staff were friendly, providing fantastic service—especially the night service staff on 29 April (Naufal). The location is excellent and makes it very easy to get around. We were also warmly received by Boris and his team. Overall, the service throughout the hotel was outstanding. I highly recommend staying at this hotel.

The hotel is very close to Puthuk Setumbu, convenient for those wanting to catch the sunrise and followed by a walk to Gereja Ayam. Food is great. Only stayed 1 night, but it was absolutely lovely. Pool water wasn't cold at all, great for the kids. Breakfast was very good taste too. Had a great night sleep. Borobudur top is visible from the hotel and mountain view as well if it's a clear day. Staff very very friendly. Really nice stay.
