A truly wonderful stay! ❤️ From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. I made a special request, and they arranged everything exactly how I wanted—such thoughtful service! I enjoyed both dinner and breakfast at the property, and every dish was absolutely delicious. Once a year to Yogya, I definitely stay here. The hotel is nice, the rooms are spacious, clean, and the price is affordable. The amenities are fragrant, the food is okay, and the swimming pool is okay. In front of the hotel there is a Juwara Satoe bakpia shop. Around the hotel at night there are many street food vendors, if you want to go to Indomaret or Super Indo, just walk, to Galleria Mall you can also walk.

The hotel's ambiance is charming, comfortable, and super clean. The cafe is very cozy, and there's a fish pond, making it perfect for families with children. I didn't have breakfast, so I can't comment much on the food, but I did order tiramisu, and it wasn't great, but perhaps I'll have to reevaluate it.
The room was very comfortable. The AC was a little too cold; you can turn it off if you can't handle the cold. The bathroom was very clean, and the amenities were complete and of high quality. A small note: the room's soundproofing isn't great. For me, as I'm not a light sleeper, it wasn't a big deal. However, I did hear footsteps a few times as I was about to go to sleep, seemingly coming from outside or upstairs. Hopefully, the soundproofing will improve in the future.
Overall, it was a very relaxing stay, and I really liked the atmosphere and decor! I hope there will be improvements to the food (at least the tiramisu) and soundproofing.

All staff was very friendly! I stayed with my husband and 1yo baby. They were very attentive to our comfort during our stay. Breakfast was very comprehensive, some dishes suited me, but some others didn't, it all comes down to personal preference. But overall, the food was delicious. Definitely will come back again!

Already REQUESTED no smoking room but still given a smoking room with the excuse that all rooms are non-smoking! Said free upgrade room, instead got a connecting room that is very "not soundproof!! The connecting room next door is very noisy karaoke at 12 am! Already reported to the front office twice with no response! Even the security did not come up to negotiate! The 3rd time the report was only responded to!! So rude this hotel. For facilities and cleanliness is okay! But for a hotel that does not provide a non-smoking room, this is an important point, not everyone can be exposed to cigarette smoke!
