Staying at CK Hotel Tanjung Pinang was very pleasant, I was with my family with 2 children and 1 baby. The room was comfortable and clean, complete toiletries. The hotel service was also very friendly and the food at the hotel was quite delicious. Access to everywhere was quite close. Next time when visiting Tanjung Pinang, I might choose to stay at this hotel again.

CK Hotel offers spacious and comfortable rooms at affordable prices. Things that need improvement: 1. Reservations: No direct contact number for reservations; you have to go through sales. Even if you contact me via direct message on Instagram, they only respond after I've checked out. That's frustrating. 2. Buffet Cleanliness: I arrived for breakfast at 10:00 AM, which is true, it was close to closing time on weekends, but that doesn't mean the stalls were left dirty, wet, and scattered. That's sad. 3. Room: I stayed in 607. I killed three cockroaches there... in the room... So I think these three things need to be addressed by management, especially as you're a large hotel in Tanjung Pinang. But overall, it's a good stay. Regards, Olla Cahya
